Refund Policy

At The Attendant, I strive to make every appointment and collaboration as smooth as possible. I work with care, attention, and discretion, and I expect the same respect from my clients for agreements made.

1. Advances

To confirm your reservation, I request a deposit.

  • This deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made by The Attendant.

  • If an appointment is rescheduled, the deposit remains valid and will be transferred to the new date (provided that this is communicated in a timely manner, see point 2).

2. Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours in advance: reschedule or cancel free of charge. Your deposit will be saved as credit for a new appointment within 3 months.

  • Within 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

  • No-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

3. Services not provided

If a service cannot take place due to circumstances beyond my control (for example illness or force majeure), then:

  1. A new date proposed, or

  2. The amount already paid will be fully refunded within 14 days.

4. Packages & Subscriptions

  • Unused hours within a package are valid for 3 months after purchase.

  • Unused hours are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable.

5. Special circumstances

Any refund or exception outside of these terms will be made solely on a voluntary basis and without obligation for recurrence.
