General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Attendant. By using my services, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Who I am

The Attendant is owned by Kyra Decorte, located in Antwerp, Belgium, VAT number 0787.440.456.
I work alone, so I can offer you a completely personal and discreet service.

2. What I do

My services include: personal assistance, butler service, event support, household management and lifestyle services.
The exact scope of the assignment is clearly agreed upon in advance. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately.

3. Rates & Payment

• All prices are exclusive of VAT and travel costs.

• Travel costs: €0.50/km from Antwerp (2000).

• New customers pay a 30% deposit upon booking.

• Payment within 14 days after invoice date.

4. Cancellation & No-Show

• >48 hours in advance: free cancellation.

• <48 hours in advance: 50% of the amount.

• No-show: 100% of the amount.
  Changes are only valid after mutual confirmation.

5. Execution & Safety

• Minimum billing: 1 hour per assignment.

• I reserve the right to refuse or terminate assignments if there are safety risks, disrespectful behavior, or other circumstances that prevent professional performance.

6. Liability

I am not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
If I am liable, this is limited to the amount paid out by my liability insurance.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in the district where my registered office is located.
